Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident?

I found the second gear, can't find the third, can't find (I think a green pig to complete the windmill puzzle) and I have a pig tile, tounges, Mosaic Piece and a moon in my inventory and can't find what to do with these, also can't find the "Tragity Mask" Can anyone help?
