Is this book for adults or young adults?

I want to read "Impulse and Initiative" by Abigail Reynolds but I can't find it anywhere whether it's an adult book, or if it's OK for young adults as well since I am 17. If you have read it let me know which you consider it for (adults or young adults) and WHY.
