Is Reynolds Blue Chip Growth fund (RBCGX) the best mutual fund to buy?

I am 20 and I have about $2,000 to invest. I am looking for a flexible mutual fund that has a high level of risk. Should I buy through Edward Jones or directly through Reynold's? Any suggestions?
