Anyone know where to find high-waisted skinny khaki pants?

I know it's nerdy but I'm making a Malcolm Reynolds costume. Yeah yeah I know. I want skinny jeans so they fit into my boots, and a really high waist. I'm poor so... price is an issue. Anyone have any ideas?
